• Individual Membership is for individuals who are actively engaged in the manufacture, support, use, and/or maintenance of medical equipment. Membership is through local chapters.

Individual Membership for active duty military is FREE for individuals who are actively engaged in the support, use, and/or maintenance of medical equipment in the US armed forces. Just download the membership application below, complete it, write Military to the right of the Renew Box, and send with a copy of your DD-214 or a letter from your unit commander to the chapter's address on the application.


• Associate Membership is for individuals or students in the medical instrumentation field and to those who express an interest in medical instrumentation .Membership is through local chapters.

One year's Associate Membership $15.00   Organization   Your Title



• Chapter Corporate Membership is for local business organizations which manufacture medical instruments or other products or services used in conjunction with medical instrumentation. Advantages of Chapter Corporate membership include:

Display of the company logo on your chapter's home page with a link to your own web site. If you do not have a domain, we will host a single page describing your product, services and contact information.

One vote in all proceedings of your chapter.

One year's Chapter Corporate Membership $150.00   Organization   Your Title



• Statewide Corporate Membership is for business organizations which manufacture. sell or service medical instruments or other products or services used in conjunction with medical instrumentation. Advantages of Statewide Corporate membership include:
