The objective of the San Diego chapter of the California Medical Instrumentation Association is to promote the advancement and recognition of clinical biomedical engineering technology in our community. We attain these goals by providing:
While San Diego is the newest CMIA chapter our roots go back over 20 years. Over that time a number of driving forces established informal organizations dedicated to the furtherance of local hospital clinical biomedical engineering.
