Sponsorships and Booths
This single page provides both a review of sponorship opportunities for the entire symposium plus exhibit both rental. You may purchase them online in a secure environment or print out the information packet and pay via check. If paying my mail click here for an information packet with registration form.

| Banquet Dinner/Awards |
Includes; your company's name and logo on a sign at the entrance to dinner and at two locations up
front, two VIP tables in the front of the room, signs on each dinner table with your logo and
sponsorship level, CMIA Chairman will announce your company's name and sponsorship during the
dinner, someone from your company will MC part of the event, a 1/2 page ad in the program, your
company's name will be a part of the Banquet Dinner and Awards event title, and you may provide
promotional items or "care" packages at each seat. Be creative and make it fun! |

| Appetizer (during the vendor exhibit) |
Includes; napkins with your company logo at the appetizer table, monument signs identifying your
company as an event sponsor at the entrance to the vendor exhibition and at the appetizer tables,
loud speaker courtesy announcements four times during the vendor exhibit, a free 1/2 page ad in the
CMIA program, and an optional mini display of appetizers next to your booth to attract attendees. |

| Show Bags | Includes; all show bags (provided by your company with your logo and stuffed with your promotional
materials) will be available at the vendor fair registration table for all attendees and a free 1/2 page
ad in the CMIA program. (Recommendation: include one door prize ticket in each bag for drawings
to be held during the event with the winners picking up their prize at your booth. Door prizes will be
