About the Role:
CURE Biomedical is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Specialists to support a medical device asset management project across hospitals and healthcare facilities in the Reno, NV region. In this role, you will visit healthcare sites to identify, label, and document biomedical equipment for inventory tracking.
This is a full-time, field-based position ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, comfortable in clinical environments, and able to work a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Travel to hospitals and medical facilities to identify and inventory biomedical equipment

Record detailed asset information including make, model, serial number, and location

Tag or label equipment as needed for tracking

Use spreadsheet tools to accurately document and organize data

Submit daily reports and maintain proper documentation

Communicate effectively with hospital staff to coordinate access and minimize disruption

Comply with all hospital safety, privacy, and access protocols
Required Qualifications:

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable walking, standing, and navigating large healthcare facilities throughout the day

Dependable, professional, and punctual

Basic proficiency with tablets, laptops, or mobile devices

Reliable transportation for site travel within the Reno area

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with inventory, asset tracking, biomedical equipment, or healthcare environments

Familiarity with hospital credentialing and compliance protocols
Additional Information:

40+ hours per week

Eligible for overtime pay
