Here is the latest information regarding the GE Essentials of Digital Technology and Cybersecurity course being held in San Diego, CA. We have scheduled two 5 day courses to help ease the impact on shops that would like to send more than one technician. Course size is limited to 12 students and they need to they complete the attached form (Technical Agreement and Employment Verification) and email or fax to the number listed below. After that form has been sent in they will need to register with GE online(click on the link below for the course you wish to attend).
The Essentials of Digital Technology will cover VLANS, port security and wireless security. You’ll learn the concepts of routing and the role router plays in your network-forwarding data; acting as firewalls, demilitarized zones and DHCP servers. This course will include Hands-on lab.
The Cybersecurity course was added on as it blends very well with Digital Technology. The Cybersecurity course will cover Cybersecurity Case Studies, MDS2 analysis, Class Challenge Games and Hands-on-labs: password cracking, port security, viewing digital certificates.

The list price is $4250 per student for the 5-day class. This does not include transportation, hotel or dining.
